📌 Program Overview
This 6-month Emotional Wellness & Mindfulness Program is designed to help individuals manage and express emotions in a healthy way through structured training, support groups, and self-care practices. Participants will learn daily mindfulness techniques, stress management skills, and emotional resilience strategies to improve mental clarity, self-awareness, and overall well-being.

📚 Step-by-Step Training Curriculum (6 Months)

📜 Certification Requirements
✔️ Attend at least 80% of sessions
✔️ Complete weekly mindfulness exercises & reflections
✔️ Participate in at least 3 one-on-one counseling sessions
✔️ Engage in group discussions & peer support activities
✔️ Successfully complete a final self-awareness assessment
🎓 Upon completion, participants receive a Certificate in Emotional
Wellness & Mindfulness, recognizing their growth in stress management, emotional intelligence, and resilience building.
